Residents needing to register to vote or to update their address or a new last name are encouraged to take care of the task in September. Due to anticipated crowds on election day, it is recommended these services be taken care of well in advance.
Residents can come to the Town Office, 8 Mercer Rd, to register to vote. I am open Monday 10am-7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am-4pm.
Registering to vote or updating a registration can also be taken care of through the mail through October 19th.

There will be a public hearing on adopting the 2020-2021 General Assistance guidelines. Regularly scheduled Select Board meeting to follow at 6PM
IN-PERSON ABSENTEE VOTING
In-person absentee voting can not be processed during office hours due to the COVID-19 guidelines. In-person absentee ballot voting will be every Wednesday in October 2pm-4pm at the Town Office. This in no way affects voting in person on November 3rd, the polling place will be open 8am-8pm. You can still request absentee ballots online, mail and walk in for ballots to be mailed to you.
